The main team he played for moved cities within the last 10 years
He acted in a movie
He wasn’t exactly known as a very tall player

This is my plan:
Go to college for 2 years at a community college /Join ROTC/ & obtain my Associates degree.
Then join either the Marines Or The Navy for 4 years.
Then leave active & join the reserves while going to a university to get my Bachelors degree.
Does that sound realistic. Any advice or tips would be nice!

I’m also taking my sat in a few weeks, but would those scores get me into a university? I live in texas, and applied to the university of Texas at San Antonio.

Hello, I’m the friend who’s been through a lot. Brief background: Freshman in college, parents died when I was 15, only family left is suicidal.
Last night, my closest friends here at my University told me they can’t deal with me, as I’ve been through too much. They told me that due to this, they don’t know how to help me when I confide to them about things that are happening. I told them that I never really expected advice, just comfort and a listening ear/someone to talk to.
My friends final statement on this issues was that I can tell them when I’m upset, just not why. This really hurt me and they also said that my issues in life are burdening the friendship as it stresses them out. One said that she has to worry about school and work and me confiding to her just stresses her out even more…
I don’t know what to do, I told them that I need a few days away from them to think about this. I go to therapy, so it’s not like I dump it all on them…and I got an apartment with them for next year, so I’m really just stuck, I can’t get out of the lease if the friendship were to end.
What do you think of all of this? I just need an outside perspective and advice, I guess. I’m really lost on this.

I recently took my PSAT and ever since we received our scores, I’ve been getting a lot of email from colleges and universities. Among the best are Rice, ivy league University of Pennsylvannia, University of Chicago, Boston University and Northwestern. The day the PSAT scores were given, I was absent so I still haven’t found out what they are but I’m getting a lot of emails and was especially surprised to get on from the ivy league Upenn and from Rice as well. Does this mean I probably did good or do all students who checked the box to receive emails get them? Or do certain universities have like a certain score you must get or certain grades for them to send you an email?
I’m really curious :3 please help

Im a seventh grader and I just recently took the SAT for Duke TIP university. I got a 1310, is that bad or good? I feel like that’s super low.

There’s a guy i fancy whom i see around campus at University, i think he’s really attractive and get a little nervous when he’s near!..
I saw him yesterday after the Uni teaching practice break after a while. He was going into the mail office where i know an attractive girl works there and i got jealous and really angry. This sounds really childish but i went off on one and i can’t stop analysing these little things!!
I also saw him in the morning, got excited it was my chance to make eye contact and say hello but he seemed to freeze and just stood by the bin man!!argh.

I am writting 12 books, all one series. Each are 500 pages long (about). They are already planned out and each event is precise to what i want them to be. They are really good and original ideas. I need money for collegue and im hoping I can get them copywrited and published within a year (first book has a roughdraft already). I just need to get the first book published to get some money and check to see if the fans like it or not before I wish to publish the others. So, how would I go about doing this? I checked with a Collegue and they said I had to go to a 4 years University in order to become a writer. Is this true? Please, give me your ideas.

I want to get the media attention for my experience at a university that has an high transfer rate and get Lots of complaints. I did not know about these negative things untiI I went here. I made a complaint to Department of Education 5 months ago and they are investigating it now, but my university is retaliating on me. They are Lying, manipulating situation, being abusive, and intimidating me by caIIing the police when no crimes or Laws are being broken. The administration, Provost and Dean of Students do not return my phone caIIs or emails. This situation has caused me to have post traumatic stress. I was diagnosed ptsd Iast week. I think my university is trying to break me. Media always discuss buIIying, but I think buIIying can be in a form of administration being abusive and making a student feeI unsafe. I want the media and society to know my experience because no student should go through this after using their rights. This sucks…how did I get the media attention? what would you if this were child in this situation?
