Are My Chances Of Getting Into A Great College Shot?

My first year and a half of high school my grades were sh*t, simply because I didn’t care. As of late, however, I have gotten straight A’s and next year I will take these AP classes:
-AP European history
-AP English composition
The year after next I’m taking these AP courses:
-AP english lit.
-AP Spanish VI
-AP Gov’t and politics
-AP Chemistry 2.
If everything goes right, my final unweighted GPA will be between 3.6 and 3.75. So if I apply to UCLA do you think I will get in? I got a 29 on my ACT, and a 2150 on my PSAT (2400 scale). I’ll be doing extra curricular stuff my junior year and start running cross country that year as well. What are my chances of getting into UCLA considering my freshman GPA was a 2.7 and my first semester of Sophomore year was a 2.275? I’m applying from out of state.
I plan on applying to NYU, Virginia tech, University of Hawaii Honolulu, ASU, Penn State, UO, UCSB, Stanford, UCLA, Lewis & Clark, Columbia, USC, and UC Berkley. I live in Oregon.
Do I have a chance at getting into any of these colleges if everything goes right? Especially NYU, UCSB, Columbia, UCLA, and Berkley?
